This Policy applies to individuals who interact with The Kowloon Dairy Limited as consumers (hereinafter referred to as "user", "you", "your" or "yours") and describes the treatment of your personal data that will be collected by The Kowloon Dairy Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Kowloon Dairy”, “Company”, “we” or “us”).

• Your account details, including first 6 digits and last 4 digits of credit card account numbers, or user accounts;
• Your payment transaction details such as your debit or credit card details (cardholder name, card number, expiration date, etc.) or other forms of payment (if such are made available). In any case, we or our payment processing provider(s) handle payment and financial information in a manner in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and security standards;
• IP address, real-time geographic location data, browser settings, browsing records, and/or other Internet log information of your computer or mobile device. If you access to our website or mobile application via a mobile device such as a smartphone, the collected information will also include, where permitted, your phone’s unique device ID, advertising ID, geo-location, and other similar mobile device data;
• Telephone numbers and email addresses contained in your phone book, when you choose to participate in interactive features of our Service. By providing the information to us, you warrant that you have obtained consent from those individuals in your phone book;

9. BehavioUral Remarketing

We may use remarketing services to advertise on third party’s website to you after you used our Service.  We and our third-party vendors may use cookies to inform, optimize and advertise based on your past visits to our website or use of our Service.

Your name, email address, telephone number, contact address, social media contact, date of birth, products and services portfolio information, transaction patterns and behaviours, browsing records, content viewing habits and personal interests held by the Company may be used by the Company in direct marketing of the Services and the products or services offered by the Company’s business partners or advertising partners.

If you prefer not to receive any direct marketing communications from us or our marketing partners, you can opt out at any time by updating your preferences through your registered account or the unsubscribe link provided.

10. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing, namely Stripe.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18.

We will not collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you become aware that any child has provided us with his personal data, please contact us immediately.  Once we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that the personal data from our servers.

We keep this Policy under regular review and publish updates on our website from time to time.  We will notify you of any changes by publishing the new Policy on this website. The “effective date” will be shown at the beginning of the Policy.
